Privacy Policy — Ashkeep

Who we are

AppForge Digital ("we", "us", "our") develops Ashkeep, a tower-defense game for Android, published on Google Play under package name com.appforgedigital.ashkeep. This policy explains what happens to your data when you play Ashkeep. It's separate from AppForge Digital's main website privacy policy, which only covers this website's quote-request form.

What Ashkeep does not do

Ashkeep has no account system and no sign-in of any kind. It doesn't ask for your name, email, or any personal information. It doesn't use analytics or crash reporting. It doesn't transmit your gameplay data anywhere — there are no game servers involved in play.

What Ashkeep stores, and where

Your progress (best scores, cleared holds, and settings like mute and screen-shake) is saved locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage. It never leaves your device, isn't linked to you personally, and isn't accessible to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes this data permanently — we keep no copy and cannot recover it for you.

Advertising

Ashkeep shows ads served by Google AdMob to support free development. To do this, AdMob (and Google, its parent company) may collect device identifiers such as your advertising ID, along with general device and usage information, in order to serve and measure ads and limit repeat impressions. This processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can review or reset your advertising ID, and opt out of personalised ads, from your Android device's Settings > Privacy > Ads (the exact path varies by Android version). We don't receive or store this advertising data ourselves — it's handled directly between your device and Google.

Who we share data with

We don't sell or share any data ourselves, because we don't collect any to share. The only data flow outside your device is between your Android device and Google's AdMob service, described above.

Children's privacy

Ashkeep isn't specifically directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, child or adult, because it doesn't collect personal information at all. Ad serving follows Google Play's Families and content policies.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data or account records for Ashkeep players, there's nothing for us to look up, correct, or delete on request. For questions about Google's handling of advertising data, Google's own privacy tools and policy (linked above) are the right place to start.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Ashkeep's data practices change — for example, if we add a new SDK. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
